Mattress Products

We will repair or replace your mattress if:

  • The foam inside breaks or splits due to normal use and care.
  • The mattress cover has a problem like a tear in the fabric or loose stitches.

We won't cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misusing the mattress.
  • Complaints about how firm the mattress is, how comfortable it is, or how much it weighs.
  • Damage to the mattress from improper handling, like when you're moving or storing it.
  • Mattresses used in places like hotels, rental homes or any commercial use.

The warranty is no longer valid if:

  • Your mattress is too dirty. Cleanliness is White Luxxe’s discretion.
  • Your mattress is damaged from misuse, including but not limited to stains, tears, or spills.
  • Your mattress isn't on a suitable bed frame or foundation.

Making a Warranty Claim:

If you find a problem with your mattress during the warranty period, here's what to do:

  • Contact White Luxxe at support@whiteluxxe.com : Get in touch with us and let us know about the issue.
  • Proof of Purchase: Have your receipt or other proof of purchase handy.
  • Photos: Take clear pictures of the defect on your mattress.

Important Notes:

  • Reviewing Your Claim: White Luxxe will inspect your claim and decide if the issue is a manufacturing defect or damage caused by improper use (not following the care instructions).
  • Final Decision: The factory has the final say on whether your warranty claim is approved.
  • Discontinued Mattresses: If your mattress model is no longer made, repairs may not be possible in some situations.
  • You can only make one warranty claim during the warranty period.
  • Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers repairs or replacements for defective mattresses.
  • Transportation Costs: Unfortunately, we don't cover any transportation or shipping costs related to warranty claims.

 

Your mattress may need to be taken in for repairs, which can take up to 5 business days. You'll need to arrange alternative sleeping arrangements during this time.

As a courtesy, we may be able to provide a temporary mattress at no cost while we repair yours. However, we cannot guarantee availability, and if available, it may be a different type of mattress.
