Shipping
Enjoy free delivery on all mattresses anywhere in the UAE. For pillows, home textiles and bedding accessories, shipping is free when you spend AED 250 or more.
Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it before signing the delivery note. Your order should arrive in perfect condition. If there’s any damage, you can refuse the delivery.
Deliveries take 2-3 business days in Dubai and 4 business days in other Emirates.
Deliveries to areas outside major cities may take up to 7 days, and additional delivery charges may apply.
We use a third-party delivery service. If your order is late or missing items, please contact us right away, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
Unforeseen Delays:
Unexpected events like natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, or other issues beyond our control can cause shipping delays. While we won’t be responsible for these delays, we’ll do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Returns
Mattress orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
Please double-check product details and sizes before ordering.
Pillows cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic purposes.
You can cancel your order before delivery for a full refund.
Home Textiles and Bedding accessories
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging.
We cannot accept returns for any products that have been used, altered, or damaged. We cannot accept returns on unwrapped bedding accessories or bath linens due to hygiene reasons.
You can return or exchange full-priced home textiles and bedding accessories within 14 days from the date of purchase.
White Luxxe reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet our return policy guidelines.
Return Charges:
- We cannot refund the original shipping cost.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee.
Refund Process:
- For a smooth return process, ensure you have your original receipt, proof of purchase, and complete packaging.
- Reach us via suppport@whiteluxxe.com sharing the above. We'll email you once we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Your refund will be processed after confirmation.
- You'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
